Continuing Legal Education Resources for Law Professionals

Here you’ll find content produced by Clearlaw or third parties in the form of articles, books, videos, presentations and online introspectives. We collate materials from numerous sources. All Clearlaw materials are edited, vetted or peer-reviewed, unless otherwise indicated.

We also offer users an opportunity to contribute their own materials for review and publication on the site, subject to our  General Terms and Conditions (see Monitoring & Recording). These records are made available as CPD points (see Recognising your learning).

Users can record time spent using Clearlaw materials for their continuing legal education and make their records available to others.

This library is new and therefore you can expect to see substantial amount of content added each month. Please check back often. If you’d like to be notified of new content or content that you may be looking for, we will send you notices via the method you choose when you register (see Registration).

All content, whether produced by Clearlaw or third parties, is provided on an “as is” basis, and is up to date at the time of publication. If you spot anything incorrect, please let us know at info@clearlawsa.org.za. We welcome all feedback.

We do not endorse the views of third parties, although we may consider them valuable for purposes of legal education, hence their inclusion in our Library if we believe they are likely to stimulate debate, stretch your intellect, or challenge your own views.
