A Platform for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) and Learning about Law

Clearlaw is a Johannesburg-based company that is transforming online learning for CLE in South Africa.  It is also the first online platform to offer self-paced modules specifically created to explain legal concepts to non-lawyers and to explain theoretical concepts in practical terms.

Our team understands that the law can feel overwhelming, mysterious and even dangerous.  If you are not a lawyer, we aim to give you back the power when you negotiate difficult agreements or have to sign up to supplier terms and conditions.

We have decades of experience in practicing law, IT, teaching, and mentoring.

Can anyone explain - from an #economic points of view - why it is that returning the recovered looted goods to the owners/retailers to sell, albeit at a discount, would ruin the market for those goods? Quoting @SAPoliceService https://t.co/JQfBqaPER7

In #SouthAfrica there is no #CLE, yes you heard right. Limited courses all presented by 1 'approved' entity & its not a requirement as no #CPD point system/similar. Unthinkable but true, despite the Legal Practice Act and the need @DOJCD_ZA @CouncilPractice @LawSocietySA https://t.co/ZYXFyVdgF5
